Biography

I’m a Computer Engineering Ph.D. student at Virginia Tech, working with Prof. Haibo Zeng. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, I got my M.S. in ECE with Prof. Frank Dellaert at Georgia Tech, a bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering from Northeastern University in China.

Everything can be optimized! In my research, I utilize math to optimize robot, machine learning, and real-time systems. My previous experiences range from high-level applications (robotics, autonomous driving, ML) to low-level operating systems (OS, scheduling, system design). I’m also interested with data-centric and trustworthy ML.
